How do i track my order?
An email with a tracking number and link will be sent to you once your order has been marked as shipped.
Please note that sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking info to update once the item has shipped.
My order hasn’t arrived?
Please follow the tracking information sent to your email.
Delays can happen, especially around busy times of year like the holidays. I know you’re just as excited to receive your item as I was to create it. But please be patient ♥️
You can always message me if you are concerned.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Rad Glass cannot be held liable for any fees, customs charges, Duty or VAT that may be added to your order by your local customs authority.
Please check with your local authority if you are concerned about paying any of these before ordering.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
UK shipping is FREE on all orders over £50.
International shipping is FREE on orders over £150.
If your order is under the above, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
How will my order be sent?
ALL glass orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail.
I put in the wrong address?!
If you need to change your shipping address, please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
Once your order is on the way I’m unable to change the address.
Custom Glass
How long do custom orders take?
Typically 4-6 weeks. This includes the design process where we work together to bring your idea to life!
Price?
Price depends on complexity of the design and size of the finished piece. I will send you a quote with pricing details in my reply to your custom enquiry.
Availability
I only accept a low number of custom commissions each month. I want to give each piece I create the attention it deserves.
How do i order?
Please email me with your idea if you are interesting in getting your very own custom glasswork for your home or as a gift for a loved one.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Due to the nature of my art, I do not accept returns.
I put many hours, my heart and my soul into my glasswork. So please be sure you love a piece before purchasing it.
My item was damaged upon arrival
It hasn’t happened yet🤞
However, If your item was damaged during transit, please email me pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If the damage was obviously done by poor packing/the courier. I will sort a return for you, repair your item and get it back to you good as new ❤️
